DRAIN LINE CLEANER FOR DENTAL VACUUM &

BEVERAGE DISPENSING EQUIPMENT

DESCRIPTION:

ALKEN CLEAR-FLO® 5300 is a novel concentrated liquid cleaner that rapidly dissolves proteinaceous and cellulosic polymer deposits in dental vacuum lines, aspirators, chair-side traps , soft drink machine tower drain lines, etc.. ALKEN CLEAR-FLO® 5300 combines sodium metasilicate and alkyl glucoside surfactants to loosen debris, with powerful enzymes from ten non-pathogenic microbes to actually degrade line clogging deposits, rather than simply flushing them to later clog your building drain pipes. This unique combination reduces stress on pumps, by increasing the flow through tubing and drain lines.

CHARACTERISTICS:

 Appearance:  Light cyan
 Odor:  Ammonia
  pH:  8.0 +/- 0.5
 Stability:  2 years at 5 - 35 deg.C (40 to 95 deg.F)

FEATURES & BENEFITS FOR DENTAL VACUUM LINES, ASPIRATORS & CHAIRSIDE TRAPS:

  • Regular use rids vacuum lines, aspirators and chairside trap of organic debris, solids and calcium buildup.
  • Improves flow through dental tubing and drainlines
  • Keeps vacuum systems and drains running better than ever
  • Improves equipment longevity

FEATURES & BENEFITS FOR DRAINLINES FROM SOFT DRINK TOWERS AND GROCERY EQUIPMENT:

  • Regular use prevents buildup of cellulosic polymer plug that is caused by sugar breakdown in the drainline by Acetobacter and various fungi.
  • Dissolves cellulosic polymer buildup (sugar snakes) in tower drain lines
  • Applications: fast food and hotel restaurants, pubs, grocery store chiller and freezer drainlines

DIRECTIONS FOR USE IN VACUUM LINES, ETC:

Shake or stir THOROUGHLY immediately before using. Bacterial spores settle to the bottom of the pail or drum, more so in this formula than in many of our other blends. Do not use in conjuction with bleach, disinfectants or other chemicals, as these will inactivate this formula.
DAILY: Mix 1 oz. with 15 oz. water to keep most systems clean.
WEEKLY: Mix 2 oz. with 14 oz. water and flush through the tubes for more thorough cleaning.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE IN SOFT DRINK DRAINS & SIMILAR APPLICATIONS:

Shake or stir THOROUGHLY immediately before using. Bacterial spores settle to the bottom of the pail or drum, more so in this formula than in many of our other blends. Do not use in conjuction with bleach, disinfectants or other chemicals, as these will inactivate this formula.
FOR BLOCKED LINES: Add 4 to 6 oz. per clogged drain each night until lines are free-flowing, then follow maintenance dosage, listed below.
STARTUP: Add 2 to 3 oz. per tower drain line in the evening, every night for three successive nights.
MAINTENANCE: Add 1 to 2 oz. per drain line each night to prevent cellulosic polymer plugs (sugar snakes).

REPACKAGING DIRECTIONS

Blend slowly for a minimum of thirty minutes to assure proper dispersion of bacterial spores, surfactants and other ingredients into a uniform solution. Do not allow product to stand without agitation during repackaging or the product contents in each package may vary outside of specifications. If you dilute product before repackaging, please apply "private label" and adjust dosages to compensate for level of dilution.
