ALKEN® FIRESIDE 944 was a highly overbased, 20% oil-soluble magnesium napthanate/sulfonate/oxide product specifically designed and manufactured as a fuel additive.

This product was discontinued, along with all metallic fireside fuel additives. This particular product had stability problems that could not be reconciled with our reputation for quality. Our wholly organic Alken Even-Flo formulations eliminate the need for such products. Alken Even-Flo formulas provide the additional advantages of eliminating sludge and corrosion in the entire system, since they are applied to the storage tank, without any special pumps required.
