Most systems will respond within 14 days of treatment, typically within 3 to 6 days. If the program fails to produce significant results within 2 weeks, contact Valerie or Claudia.

Monitoring of the treated system should minimally include ammonia, nitrite, nitrate, dissolved oxygen and pH. Additional parameters recommended for monitoring include TKN, total alkalinity, and effluent BOD5. This data is indispensible for troubleshooting and qualifying applications. Be sure to maintain sufficient alkalinity to prevent pH drop below 7.0.
