 Clear-Flo 4000

Formula not safe for use with fish
Rapid grease digester for drains, septic tanks.  Grease digester for drains, septic tanks, and small restaurants.. USDA authorized. Contains 4 gram-positive Bacillus strains and 4 gram-negative vegetative strains. Total count 2 billion CFU per gram. (907 billion per lb)

  Clear-Flo 4000C

Formula not safe for use with fish
Canadian Rapid grease digester for drains, septic tanks.  Bacterial cultures used in this formula (3 gram-positive Bacillus and 3 gram-negative vegetative strains) repeat the original formula for ALKEN CLEAR-FLO® 4000, created in 1984, retaining complete compliance with the Canadian Domestic Substances List (DSL) for all included BioSafety Level 1 strains AND chemical ingredients, including raw lipase enzyme and a higher level of surfactant than we use in Alken-Murray's standard FOG products, sold outside of Canada Total count 2 billion CFU per gram. (907 billion per lb) Approved for Sale in Canada

 Clear-Flo 4003
Industrial grease digester, contains NO surfactants - for use in waste treatment plants and food processing industry.. Contains 10 gram-positive Bacillus strains and 4 gram-negative strains.Total count 5 billion CFU per gram.(2.27 trillion CFU/lb)

Clear-Flo 4004

Formula not safe for use with fish
Severe grease control in lift stations, sump pumps, wet wells, large hotel and restaurant grease traps. Improved grease digestion. Tolerates lower temperatures. Contains 6 gram-positive Bacillus strains and 5 gram-negative strains. Total count 5 billion CFU per gram.(2.27 trillion CFU/lb)

 Clear-Flo 4004C

Formula not safe for use with fish
Canadian-approved dry blend of live-culture bacteria, designed to accelerate liquefaction and digestion of food-based Fats, Oils and Greases (also known as "FOG:) found in grease traps, collection systems and wastewater treatment systems (activated sludge, RBC, DAF, etc.). Sll ingredients comply with Canadian DSL. .  Total count 5 billion CFU per gram.(2.27 trillion CFU/lb)

 Clear-Flo 4005

Formula not safe for use with fish
Currently unavailable. Investigating options to bring back a cylinder formula.

  Clear-Flo 4007
This anaerobic digester treatment was formerly sold under the name Alken Clear-Flo 7020, but was reclassified and improved for 2005 to digest FOG while leaving fatty acids to feed methane-producing species, unlike other CF 4000 line products. Contains 5 gram-positive Bacillus and 3 gram-negative vegetative strains.Total count 5 billion CFU per gram.(2.27 trillion CFU/lb) Approved for sale in Canada too.

LIQUID

  Clear-Flo 4100

Formula not safe for fish

Grease Trap, Interceptor, Septic System Liquid Treatment. Synergistic liquid blend of selected, adapted bacteria, designed to accelerate liquefaction and digestion of food Fats, Oils and Grease, also known as FOG, along with secondary metabolite fatty acids and other foods. ALKEN CLEAR-FLO® 4100 contains a mixture of six (6) strains of endospore-forming Bacillus and three (3) vegetative, gram-negative strains that can tolerate a higher temperature-range than our popular Alken Enz-Odor 2, enabling application of a liquid treatment to dishwasher discharge water from hospitals, restaurants, or hotels, prior to entrance to grease trap, via a metered peristaltic pump . Total count 26 million CFU/ml. (98.4 billion CFU/gal) NOT fish safe - contains surfactant 2006 Formula complies with Canadian DSL list

Minimum order 5 x 5 gallon pail or 1 x 55 gallon drum.

  Clear-Flo 4103
Concentrated liquid formulation of bacteria selectively adapted to accelerate breakdown and removal of oily material (fats, grease and oil), whether of animal or vegetable origin. ALKEN CLEAR-FLO® 4103 is formulated especially for use in treating wastewater emanating from food processing industries involved with meat and poultry packing, cheese and vegetable oil manufacturing, dairy processing, rendering, etc. Total count 104 million CFU/mL (394 billion CFU/gallon) Minimum order 10 x 5 gallon pails or 1 x 55 gallon drum.

 Enz-Odor® 2*

Formula not safe for fish
8 strains of gram-positive Bacillus in a liquid formula degrades food fats and grease and oxidizes hydrogen sulfide odor in wet wells, grease traps, sump pumps and waste loading zone. Improved grease digestion! No unpleasant odor for home use in drains. Improved sulfide oxidation, grease degrading and fatty acid degrading. Total count 200 million CFU/ml. (757 billion CFU/gal) 2005 Improved starch and toilet paper degrading

  Enz-Odor® 2 - 5XFF Manufacturing Concentrate*

Formula not safe for fish

and

Enz-Odor® 2 - 5XNF Manufacturing Concentrate

8 strains of gram-positive Bacillus in a liquid fully- formulated concentrate that digests food fats, oils and grease and eliminates odors from fatty acids and hydrogen sulfide in wet wells, grease traps, sump pumps and waste loading zone. The FF concentrate includes enough of our wild hyacinth fragrance, surfactants and oxygen catalyst to dilute 1 plus 4 with water and 15% sodium nitrate to make 5 gallons of Alken Enz-Odor 2, as we sell it.

Both concentrates (FF and NF) contain enough preservatives to allow dilution of 1 part concentrate with 19 parts of water, for private label sale of a 54 million CFU/ml finished product. Note: In the FF concentrate, the microbes float at the top, rather than sinking to the bottom. Total Count 1.08 billion CFU/ml. (4.09 trillion CFU/gal). Minimum purchase 5 x 5 gallon pails for either concentrate.

2005 Improved starch and toilet paper degrading

  • Most dry products have a 2 year shelf-life, unless noted elsewhere and then lose 1 log of count per year, thereafter.
  • Liquid products containing exclusively endospore-forming Bacillus with preservatives, with or without additional ingredients, also have a two year shelf -life.
  • Liquid products containing both Bacillus and gram-negative strains have a 6 month shelf-life, which can be extended by storing at 4 to 8 degrees C. Addition of a specific surfactant blend extends room-temperature shelf-life of CF 4100 to one-year.
  • Nitrifiers and liquid products containing nitrifiers (1100, 1400, 7110) have a 6 to 9 month shelf-life.
  • Concentrated nitrifiers (1100-50x, 1400-50x and 7110-50x) have a 1 year refrigerated shelf-life.
